Red wine goose liver mixed with osmanthus champagne pear is a dish that tasted quite good last year. The goose liver is wrapped in red mousse made of red wine. First time at Golden Dragon - a Chinese restaurant, very nice. Food was very delicious, especially the dim sum. Staff was very friendly and nice. My hotel is near this Chinese dim sum restaurant. You can choose outdoor or indoor seating. Most customers choose outdoor seating because the indoor air is not very good. Dim sum is made to order and there are many varieties. It is of a certain standard. The service is average and the price is fair for this area. We just had dim sum and it tasted good. The staff could be a little friendlier. Overall, I recommend this place for dim sum. Please reserve a table, otherwise it is difficult to get a seat during the &quot;prime time&quot;.
