Rhubarb

Rhubarb is a high-end restaurant with its own special plates. The seafood they serve is very good. The pea soup tastes very good, and the fried squid is delicious, but the portion is too small.

Rhubarb is a big highlight of this trip to Edinburgh! I am very satisfied and the experience can be described as amazing! [Taste] Every dish is very delicious, the scallops are fresh and tender, and the wonton-like dishes are also smooth and refreshing~ [Environment] Walking into Rhubarb is like walking into an exquisite British TV series! There is no need to say more, you can see how beautiful it is in the photos~ The tableware is also printed with R. Such a thoughtful detail, diners said they are very satisfied~

Inside an ancient castle, the environment is needless to say, just look at this old house with a long history, the dishes inside are also traditional and taste good, try traditional Scottish fish.

I give 6 stars for the food. I have never had anything as good as this before. The soy milk, wagyu beef, and smoked potatoes were all delicious. The combination of the various parts of the dish was also perfect, I give it 5 stars. I also give 6 stars for the service and the wine list was great. I am at a loss for words when it comes to Rhubarb.
