The barbecue rice noodle B&uacute;n chả originates from Hanoi. Pick up a mouthful of dry but springy rice noodles and eat it with grilled pork, lettuce, and nước chấm. The oily aroma of charcoal grilling is balanced by the refreshing taste. It is very delicious! 
