노마드팍I visited three rice noodle restaurants in Hanoi, and the best is right here at Pho Tinh! The soup is thick and it gets even tastier when you add chili peppers. It's a little more expensive than other restaurants, but it's worth it because there's a lot of meat and it's delicious! Cash is prepaid for a single menu, so prepare it in advance and go~

After watching the puppet show, I was hungry and saw this restaurant, so I came to eat. I ordered a small and a standard. To be honest, the taste was very ordinary, not as good as pho 10. The environment was like a standard fly restaurant. The locals who came to eat seemed to be students. I don’t know why I came to eat here. Anyway, if you pass by, it’s enough to experience it. There’s no need to come here specially to eat. Of course, compared to what I ate later in Da Nang, this one is really delicious.
The only choice was the pho, which had a rich broth with lots of meat and plenty of chopped green onions. I personally loved it! I was completely blown away!
The authentic Pho in Hanoi has its own characteristics. The beef is fried. It is mostly eaten by locals and many foreigners also come here to eat it.
Store name: [Phở Thìn - 1955] Address: Hanoi, Vietnam 61 Dinh Tien Hoang I really ate a lot of pho in Hanoi. This one has good reviews, so I went to try it. It's not really a store, just an aisle in an alley, with limited tables. However, Hanoi is really a treasure city without queues, probably because there are not many Chinese people there. [Deluxe bowl of pho] In fact, normal pho has a lot of meat, and this deluxe version has even more. And oh, the meat here is quite tender, and Hui defaults to putting a lot of coriander and green onions. There are hot sauce, raw hot sauce, and small lime on the table, you can add as you like. I bought a plate of fried dough sticks from the uncle next to me, 3 pieces. They like to eat fried dough sticks in pho soup, just like our soy milk fried dough sticks. The taste is OK, not amazing, I feel the quality is about the same here. I think any one of them should be delicious. #五一旅行任意门 #月度專業计划 #夏日父童初游线路
Pho is one of Vietnamese cuisine, a noodle soup that originated in northern Vietnam. Pho Thin is a renowned family run restaurant at 13 Lo Duc Street, and has an outlet named Ca Phe Thin located beside the International Convention Centre, a 4 minutes 350 meters walk from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. It is located at 35 Hung Vuong, Ba Dinh. Instead of boiling the beef, he decided to stir-fried it with garlic, before adding it to the soup. The beef in the bowl is noticeably different, with a lot of green onions added in the bone broth. Extra egg yolk is available upon order.
