1. PROMOTION: These terms apply to the Multi-passenger Offer (the "Promotion").
2. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (”Trip.com”). 3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on July 11, 2025 (00:00:00 GMT+4) and ends on July 25, 2025 (23:59:59 GMT+4).
4. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates. The Promotion is only available to Trip members: users must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to participate in the Promotion.
5. COUPON:
a. Flights coupons:
The coupons provide fixed discounts on flights departing from the United Arab Emirates as follows:
AED 75 OFF one-way flights and AED 120 OFF return flights for 2 passengers.
AED 115 OFF one-way flights and AED 180 off return flights for 3 passengers.
AED 150 OFF one-way flights and AED 250 OFF return flights for 4 or more passengers.
The discount is applicable on the overall base fare, excluding any applicable taxes.
6. RESTRICTIONS:
a. Once claimed, the Coupon is valid till the end of the campaign period, after which it will expire and will no longer be available for use. The validity of the promo codes cannot be extended.
b. The Promotion is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
c. Coupons can only be used once per day per account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
d. This promotion does not apply to bookings made through price comparison websites.
e. The Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
f. The flight coupon is exclusively valid for flights departing from airports within the United Arab Emirates.
g. Bookings must be made in AED currency only.
h. Travel Period for flight bookings must be from July 11, 2025 (00:00:00 GMT+4) until July 11, 2026 (23:59:59 GMT+4) .
7. GENERAL:
a. The cancellation and payment policies of each travel product may vary. Please check the specific policies prior to making the reservation.
b. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
c. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
d. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

f. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
