Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be a transit or transfer passenger at Changi Airport and may enter and exit Singapore only once during your layover.
• Passengers holding passports from certain countries (including India and Pakistan) require a valid Singapore entry visa.
• Checked baggage must be through-checked to your final destination.
• Layover duration must be between 5.5 and 24 hours.
• Tour timings can be confirmed to align with your flight schedule at Singapore Airlines registration booths at Changi Airport
  
  

How do I register? 

• Visit the Singapore Airlines tour booths in the transit area upon arrival.
• Seats are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, including walk-in passengers.
• Do not clear Arrival Immigration, as the tour booths are located within the transit area.
• The Free Singapore Tour booths are located at:
  - Terminal 2: TRANSIT, Level2, Departure Transit Hall (Near Gate F50)
  - Terminal 3: TRANSIT, Level2, Departure Transit Hall (Near Gate A1-A8)
  - Opening hours: 8:00AM-7:00PM (GMT+8)    
  

What do I need to join the tour? 

• Passport, boarding passes, valid entry visa (if required) and tour booking confirmation.
• Participation is subject to entry requirements set by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore.
• Bulky or wheeled cabin baggage, alcohol, and duty-free items must be deposited at a Baggage Store counter in the transit area (fees apply).
• Electronic devices cannot be stored and must be hand-carried during the tour.    
  

Important Notes: 

• Each transit passenger may join only one tour per layover.
• Tour itineraries may change due to weather or traffic conditions.
• Tobacco, cigarettes, vaporizers, and e-cigarettes are not permitted, as these items are banned or taxable upon entry into Singapore.
