How to Pay with Tamara

Choose Tamara as your payment method when booking Flights or Hotels on the Trip.com website or mobile app in the United Arab Emirates.

You will be redirected to Tamara’s secure payment page to complete the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation message detailing your approved installment plan and first payment.

Customers can split the total invoice up to 12 installments, subject to Tamara’s approval.
Installment plans and tenure are determined based on Tamara’s credit evaluation and internal policies.
The first installment is deducted immediately upon successful Tamara verification.
The remaining installments will be automatically charged in the following months.
Installment amounts may vary and may not always be equal.

Once Tamara approves the transaction, your booking will be confirmed on Trip.com.

Terms and Conditions – Tamara Payment Option

Users must:

Have a valid Emirates ID.
Have a valid mobile number registered on your Emirates ID.
Have a valid credit or debit card.
Customers must settle all overdue payments with Tamara prior to using the service.
Offer is valid for Trip.com customers only. Travel agents, companies, or third-party bookers are not eligible.

Customers may split payments into up to 12 installments. Longer instalment plans such as 6, 9 and 12 instalments are available for orders above AED2,000 and are subject to Tamara's approval.
Installment approval, tenure, and payment structure are determined solely by Tamara based on credit evaluation.
Payment splits may vary and may not be equal depending on customer eligibility.
Tamara payment cannot be combined with any other payment method. The full invoice must be paid using Tamara only.
Tamara payment option cannot be combined with other promotional offers, promo codes, or wallet points unless otherwise stated.

Bookings made using Tamara cannot be refunded in cash, bank transfer, or gift cards.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through Tamara only, in accordance with Tamara’s refund process and policies.
Airline and hotel cancellation policies apply as per the selected fare or room conditions.
For non-refundable bookings, customers must continue paying remaining installments even after cancellation.
Any processing fees charged by Tamara are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, refund approval, or booking modification.

Acceptance or rejection of installment requests is solely determined by Tamara.
Trip.com bears no responsibility for Tamara account approvals, payment issues, technical errors, declined transactions, or credit decisions.
For Tamara-related technical or payment issues, customers must contact Tamara directly.

Users are responsible for all transactions made through their account.
Login credentials must not be shared.
Repeated payment failures, fraudulent activity, misuse of service, or failure to verify credentials may result in account suspension at the discretion of Trip.com and/or Tamara.

All other Trip.com Terms and Conditions apply to your booking.
