The room was very clean and the reception staff were always friendly. You get a spa which is much appreciated when it starts to get cold. There are extra pillows in the cupboards which is much appreciated. The buffet is continental and is fine. It would be better if they changed the coffee machine which is a bit old!

It is no longer called Holiday Inn, Trip It needs to be updated as soon as possible.
