The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

I didnt spend too much time in he hotel. But in general the staff and service was superb. Actually i forgot my passport and cash in the taxi i came on. I panicked when i arrived at the hotel. But the staff was super helpful and reassuring to help me find the taxi. i was able to retrieve all my important belongings intact. Obviously gave a big tip to the cab driver and the staff who helped me.

Elizabeth and Lea at the reception gave us a warm welcome, were incredibly kind and professional, and even upgraded our room – a gesture that really elevated our experience. The hotel is stunning – clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with amazing views, top-notch service, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed the pool and amenities, and we loved the peace and comfort. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, and the food was fresh, delicious, and diverse. The best and favorite hotel! We stayed there 3 times already and everything is also perfect! Responsive and pleasant staff, excellent varied breakfast, walking distance to Dubai Mall! We had an unpleasant situation with cleaning, when they did not notice valuable things in the bed and raked it into the change of bed linen 😔 But they quickly found everything and returned it! Favorite hotel, which you want to return to again and again!

The flight arrived early, Marriott Gold Card, Ctrip Gold Diamond, wanted to check in early, the front desk confirmed that there were no rooms, not a single vacant room. My friend and I sat at the front desk for a while, and then they said there were rooms, which was not sincere. The breakfast was delicious, and the rest was at the level of the Ritz, and some facilities were old.

One discomfort was that to have a lunch and dinner every time I had to call to book. The sanitary bags you have to call to reception to order them, what I think it’s absurd as a woman even in 3 or 4 stars hotel in the room already there😅. So when I finished what they gave me I asked again the reception asked me how many bags I need 🤪. Anyways the cleaning service were also knocking the door after 19:00 while I was sleeping and entered in my room ones after that I always outing the signal do not disturb ( no one disturb me afterwards) breakfast was great the hostesses were very friendly and kind. Only at the check in it took a lot of time because of q. In the beach side I didn’t liked it one guy that decided for me to send my bill in to my deposit ( I bought the pineapple juice and I wanted to pay for it that guy said “ ah I put into your deposit ( under your room number) so he decided for me that how I should pay). That behavior I didn’t like it as in the deposit was emergency credit card.

The best hotel that I've ever stayed! Absolutely terrific hospitality at Marriott Marquis Hotel. The rooms size are huge with awesome toilets layouts. Big bathub, dual sink, saperated standing shower and toilet bowl. Amenities were great and equiped with small dressing table. Staff were also very professional, approchable which potrays warm hospitality. My compliments to Mr Ahmed at the front desk for his commendable great service. Breakfast quality are above satisfactory with many varieties. Overall i must my accommodation experience is excellent. Highly recommended!

Nice environment and room. The service is good and mainly for Chinese people as I observed. The room is big and cosy. However, it is 18 minutes walking route far from the metro station. Not very close to the public transport.

Very good experience at this hotel, easy to check in and excellent service. The staff was extremely helpful and always answered any questions we had. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is at the exhibition -what is great. After a long day, it's easy to get home. The breakfast is fantastic and has lots of different options, including a local section where you can try new things every day. The hotel offers free shuttles to Dubai Mall, outlets, the beach, and other areas. It's a great way to get out after the exhibition in the evening for shopping and dinner. There's a pool on the ground floor, but I didn't try it. There's also a small 7-Eleven-like shop in the lobby where you can buy food and supplies if you need them.
