This was a really very good stay! The hotel is located on a highway above the Walsee with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. The hotel appears to be a church meeting center. My room incl. Bad was very good, modern furniture, sufficiently large, top-top clean, large balcony. There was a small refrigerator on the room. On the top floor there is a roof terrace with view as well as a small fitness room. It has a very large, free parking. Wi-Fi was also free and worked well. Breakfast is available in the hotel meeting center and was good. The check-in worked without personal contact via a terminal. This worked technically well, but I don't feel like paying the bill without just having seen the room. I also wonder if it really is to be sought to save this personal contact, but it seems to be the spirit of time. But I felt very well in all - once I'm back in the area, I'll try again to book a room here.

The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen. When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception... Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good. All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

We spent a week in this hotel to drive to the Flumerbergen skiing. The location is also good for families. In 3min. You are with the car at the gondel underterzen and in 20min. In Tannenheim where you can go to the gondel. The staff is familiar and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is small but fine and you find something for everyone. Also for dinner we were there 3x. It was excellent! All very fresh and prepared and made with a lot of love. Price-performance absolutely suitable! The room is convenient and clean. It was just a good 5+7 size for us and our two children, because we were out of the world every day, but for the next time we would prefer something bigger - but this is a detail. Thank you very much to the hotel for the beautiful holidays we were allowed to spend with you. We will come back ;-)

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

it was my daughters birthday and we could not have had a better experience! I contacted them ahead of time and asked if they could decorate and if we could get a cake (which I saw you could get on there website). when we checked in everybody was very friendly and when we got to the room (a corner suit) it was gorgeous the room itself was great and the birthday decorations were lovely. we decided to have dinner there and we had the daily menu (5 courses) the food was great. they decorated the table and after dinner (we were already full) they brought the cake, which we thought they forgot, out it was beautiful! we had it for breakfast too. everybody was so nice the whole stay was great.

Very stylish interior and quite large with its 6 floors. Gorgeous terrace and very quiet despite its location very near the train station... Also good breakfast for CHF 19.- plus convenient overnight parking for CHF 25.- The only two drawbacks to note are no scrambled eggs for breakfast and the fitness center covering almost one floor features only one bike... (yes!)

A very cool atmospheric environment was turned into a chic, stylish hotel which even has a motorbike loft where guests can park their bike/motorbike inside the room. The double bed in the loft is huge and super comfortable and the open view bathroom has fantastic Rituals cosmetics. Their restaurant, Sagibeiz is a five minute walk away which might not sound ideal for a breakfast walk but its stunning lakeside location definitely makes it worth the effort. This is a hugely popular wedding location so it comes with a bit of a hefty price tag but the whole atmosphere makes up for it. And if you are lucky, then you get to meet the wonderful Marika at the reception who is all hearts and smiles, a wonderful hostess.

Stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, punched in the Michelin Samsung restaurant memory, great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool is told that it cannot swim, and the children are allowed to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it can’t swim at all. The original words of the pool management are used by this pool to relax, but this is a standard pool. Can you soak in the water and can't move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it? It says that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim, and you can't understand it! If the hotel feels that the indoor pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor pool can be repaired a little bigger, so the problem will be solved. After all, in addition to the hot spring, there are still guests who hope to take a good swim!

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très calme, bien que j'aie l'impression que Bad Ragaz ne soit pas vraiment une ville tumultueuse ;). Il faut compter un petit 1/4 d'heure à pied depuis la gare. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie (dure) parfaite a mon goût, la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Un tout petit bémol dans la chambre, il manque un peu de place et un siège adapté pour travailler. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à l'image du reste, très complet. Cela beau être un trois étoiles, cet hôtel est très confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est (hors saison - en octobre) excellent.
