If you want to use the budget Ibis, I do not recommend it at all, as the value of money does not suit the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is no air conditioning, and if there is an air conditioner, it is shared, and you cannot control its cold. The room temperature was 40 degrees Celsius.😠 Overall 1 of 5 But the other IBIS hotel in the same building is better but not recommended also. The hotel location very good, brackets good. Overall 2 of 5 .

A fantastic tree! The location, the rooms, breakfast and excellent cleanliness, but above all the staff is truly fantastic. Everyone is helpful and very kind. I really recommend it to everyone. For parking, no problem, depending on how long you are staying, you can choose the hotel's one or the municipal one that is right next door 30 meters

Am amazing experience, the room is super clean the personal very nice and professional, always there if you need. About the room it’s a technological room, light touchscreen and new model showers. The price is correct, since you arrive you can active the Ticino ticket which means you have free transport train,tram and bus for all Ticino. The parking for the car it’s near, you find place always and you pay 5 francs per day(possible to pay for all days that you stay). I recommend this hotel for couple and family , excited to come back there!😊🙏🏻

We had a GREAT experience at Bed & Bike! The owners Luca and his wife were sooooo friendly and helpful to us. We had no idea where to go to the ski resort and Luca has kindly offered to drive us! AND he cooked me the best pumpkin/vegetable fusion soup every I had in my whole life! Best scrambled eggs, desserts, tender beef! We are already missing their boutique hotel! Room was clean and spacious for us to open three luggages. Would want to come back again for visit in the future!

The hotel is very good. The room is quite large, suitable for family travel, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is not bad. The hotel's swimming pool is quite suitable for children. The lake at the entrance of the hotel is beautiful, the scenery is very good, and it is very comfortable to go out for a walk. The only downside is that it is far from the famous attractions in Switzerland, and Grindwa and Interlaken are still much more beautiful.

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

The hotel is opposite the train station, so it is very convenient to travel, the room is clean.
