Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around. Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs incl. the valet assistants are very friendly and professional client oriented. Th situation of the hotel was perfect, not in the city center but close to it. Accessibility is also OK. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Penginapan sangat dekat dengan mall-mall, really decent for stay... room is clean, complete with slipper, love the idea with go green and breakfast start at 6am.. What a lovely stay..

Always become my favorite hotel when in Semarang. A perfect location and ambience that’s makes me feel like home. The room was clean, nice and cozy with the AC that really cold. The foods was good and enjoyable. Love the staff attitude and hospitality. Good valued for money. Good job allstay.

Location is great too and nearby some good small restaurant. Staffs are friendly and good to inform somethings. Breakfasts menu is great too, trust me :). The closest train station is Solo Balapan but my train arrived in Purwosari and only took around 10-15 minutes by car to get there. Will go back to Solia hotel once I travel to Solo next time :) and dont worry if your flights or train schedule late than your check out time you can ask staffs to keep your luggage with them

So far so good! The service is okay and the room is prety well for customer. But the breakfast menu not various. Just make some various menus such as cereal and some fruit juices at minimum.

Cleanliness is quite clean, car parking is very limited, road access to the hotel is quite narrow, facilities are directly proportional to the price... overall it is quite good, as long as you don't have high expectations of this hotel, it is enough for resting.

Hotel location is not far from train station and very easy to reach the main city of Semarang. Nice view to pool from 5th Floor. Resto served very various food. Should stay again next time

The location is great, that closed to highway. it is convenient to out of city. the staff was helpful and do assistant to arrange the transport for us. however, the bar on the top floor is excellent with the great view. we will stay there again if visit Semarang.

The issue regarding the WiFi. The WiFi tends to reconnect all yhe time on my iPhone 15 Prowhile particularly it was connected before. While it cannot connect at all on my Macbook and my Samsung Galaxy S22. This issue did not occurred on other POP hotels I have visited in other cities. To be honest this is irritating. The service was well. The amenities was not great either but its ok for I bring mine. WiFi was the issue. As a digital nomad. You can rely on.

Location is super, walking distance to the most famous tourist attractions in Semarang and also shopping malls. There are many eateries near the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated with a very big and comfortable bed, Generally, the staff are nice and helpful except for one or two at the checking counter.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel (28 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024). 1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom. 2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am. Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

The hotel is so good! Good location (near to go to practically everywhere), good facilities in the room & bathroom, very good service staffs, and best breakfast choices. We came to check-in and passed all of our luggages to the hotel receptionist, and they arranged to bring our luggages to our hotel room, while we went out. Breakfast spread & choices were so good, especially it has the Semarang unique food (nasi ayam, nasi gudeg, tahu gimbal, nasi pindang, nasi soto etc etc). We also like the Sido muncul jamu, although a bit too sweet for us. Concierge staff also helped us to pack our box at night time before our flight to Jakarta the next day. Unfortunately for our corner room at 7th floor, somehow the traffic noise was quite loud. We also hope the Tentrem mall will have many more shops for our shopping spree, else we still prefer to go to Paragon City mall :)

Nice and decent room size. Complete of room needed. In front of Solo Balapan Statiun. Besides Alfamart. Easy access. But every day, the same menu of breakfast bubur ayam, nasi goreng, nasi putih, coffee, tea, bread etc.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

The service is getting better...stayed here several times. Although I have experienced a bit of disappointment, overall there have been many improvements. The breakfast menu may be more improved in terms of taste...for overall it is good.

Helpful staff from lobby, housekeeping, all the way to basement parking. My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. I recently stayed in a Superior King Room. The room is small and might not be ideal for families, but it worked perfectly for a solo traveler. The morning breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices that made my stay more enjoyable. The gym facilities and the 1.4-meter swimming pool were also excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend booking a massage session at the Mustika Spa. After a long trip, the therapist, Wanda, was a true professional and provided exactly the relaxation I needed. However, one downside was the bathroom door in my room, which was quite old and creaky. The management should really look into this problem and solve it
