It is not very near the train station but walkable. Lobby is very spacious and roomy. Staff are very attentive. Enjoyed the onsen a lot! The onsen amenities are good (yakult are offered after morning bath while ice cream are offered after dinner bath, there is also a room filled with manga for your entertainment next to the bath). We were given a corner room and the vent was very noisy. The bed is moderately hard and so were the pillows. However, upon request, they changed us another room without much hesitation. They are also very prompt with their service when extra pillows were requested.

The hotel is close to JR Mito Station North exit. When you walk out from the north exit , you can see the hotel on your right hand side. Just take the elevator beside the clock tower to the ground and cross the road and you will reached the hotel. The female receptionist served us speaks very fluent English & Chinese and is efficient. Although the hotel is bit outdated, the room is newly renovated and spacious .

It's very close to the station. It's very convenient to take the airport bus. It's also very convenient to eat. You don't have to worry about getting hungry at all. Came to Tsukuba to visit a friend, and booked the hotel because it was close to his home. The room was clean when I checked in, and there was no odor. The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters left from Tsukuba Express A5 exit, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls within 200 meters. The front desk staff has a translator, so it is no problem to check in without speaking Japanese. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and the service response is also very fast. The room is cleaned every three days by default, which is not a big problem for short stays. I have a few complaints about the room hardware. First of all, the air conditioner, sometimes it can't be turned on after turning it off, and the panel shows an error, and it is fine after a while. And the wifi, when you leave the room and come back or turn off the computer and turn on the connection, you always have to wait for 5 or 6 minutes to access all websites normally. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.
