The parking situation is terrible, I suggest you take a taxi or an Uber to avoid it. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to contact Trip.com before they found it. It took almost an hour but they weren’t rude about it and offered us water. The next day they tried to charge us for an extra breakfast even though the booking included two complimentary breakfast tickets. We had to insist and it took about 20 minutes before that too was sorted. The hotel itself is nice and cozy and its employees are professional. The breakfast itself was very average, certainly not something I’d want to pay for.

Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

1. The price on Trip.com is more than twice as expensive as paying the local currency directly. 2. The water pressure in the room is very small, the hot water has to wait for more than ten or twenty minutes, and the bath is very uncomfortable. 3. Breakfast is not bad, the staff is very warm, the environment is OK according to the price of the local currency, but the price of Ctrip is too pit!
Bon Hotel Elvis

This is a place to avoid. Front desk condescending at best. Service shocking. Got to go and look for a waiter to get served. Rooms whilst spacious are dirty. Lights don't work. The bathroom is DIRTY. Fungus and mould growing everywhere. Shure will not be back at Elvis. Make me wonder if this is the standard of Bon hotels. I have stayed at Bon Hotel Abuja at ***** Crescent and this Elvis hotel is the total opposite of the Bon Hotel Abuja which is clean and efficient. Oh my Lord avoid the Elvis.

My first impression was not a good one at all! I booked a room for my layover to Bauchi for my father's funeral but the date kept moving to the next day which I changed but when I completed the payment, I saw it did book for the next day. I was in Germany when I did this so I called the hotel to explain and was told to come and they'll fix it. I showed up and tried to explain but they acted as if they've weren't aware of this but I was talking to the very person who answered the phone because it was just 6 hrs ago. So they give me the standard room I paid for but I later realized the $45 could have paid for an upgraded room since the standard room was about 15k naira but the exchange rate for the $45 was 18k naira. They took the money and didn't refund it. The room they gave me was not clean. The menu had food stains on it. The toilet had to be flushed. The bedsheets and pillow stank. The room itself was smelly as if someone was smoking and tried to cover it up with bad-smelling perfume or cologne. I had to take the sheets off and use my big towel as a pillow. The front desk folks weren't particularly friendly so I started wondering what exactly made me book the room. The positives were nice restaurant staff and the guy who took my bags and tried to help me with transportation back to the airport other than that, I'll rather sleep in the airport than patronize this place again. I overpaid for a really bad experience.
Bon Hotel Abuja

I found the hotel grossly overpriced for the services and amenities offered. It’s quite cosy and small, which is great, however it appeared to lack any warmth, liveliness or welcome to it. The best part of my stay was the bitter leaf soup and poundo yam dinner I had (I stayed just one night), that was tasty but again, pricey. Breakfast was lack lustre, not much variety, buffet but not buffet. Better organization needed in the restaurant, especially with tea/coffee facilities. Also, my room was poorly lit, I love bright spaces. On the positive side, staff were courteous and helpful - security personnel, reception, waiter and housekeeping.

I paid for my breakfast even after paying for it on the booking. This is very unfair.

'Stayed 2 nights here (group) for an engagement in the City. This hotel is somewhat rundown and had seen better days. It is visibly poorly maintained and managed. The dining room is rather too small for the size of the facility. The TV didn't work properly and could not boast of a single news channel. The bathroom had plumbing leaks and the door wasn't closing properly. Sleep quality was very frustrating as an adjacent property made noise all though the night playing loud music/noise (ostensibly a church event). The breakfast was quite spartan with few choices. Brace up and make this place right!
