We booked this hotel for one night at the end of our holiday as we had an early morning flight out of Krabi. Hotel is less than a 10 min taxi ride from the airport and only cost thb 250 in a grab premium taxi! The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and staff very attentive, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for a quick one night stay and excellent value for money. My only slight criticism is that the safe in the room was not bolted down so anyone could have walked off with it and our belongings!! Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

The room looks nice. With the king size bed just for myself it was spacious. Shower was alright. The pressure of the shower could have been much better. There is not much toilet amenities, just cotton bud and shower cap provided. No tooth brush or toothpaste or combs. The room was not sound proof at all. You can hear people talking from next door or from outside the room. They refilled water bottles daily which was awesome. Staffs provided excellent service and they can speak good English as well.

An excellent hotel for its price. It’s just a five-minute walk from the main attractions. Nearby, there are mangroves where you can take a stroll. The riverside is also very close — just a minute on foot. Right across the street, there’s a decent restaurant with good food. The room had everything we needed: large beds, warm water, and a small balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. No issues at all!

A friend who has lived in Krabi for 30 years recommended The Greenry to me. I was considering booking on Riley Island and enjoy the beaches (at 2000 to 3000 Thai baht per night). That rins about 60 to 100 usd per night. So grateful I stayed her in Krabi Town. I have gone to Ao Nong beach 3 days in a row. The resturants are great along the beach. I can walk, bike or grab a (Rot Thaw) which is so cheap. The back of it has side seating and it is about 50-60 baht (about $1,50 usd) If you want to go alone than its more. I love this place. Nothing fancy but the owner Bang speaks English and they have a great staff. There is an elevator and stairs for their 4 floors. There is no iron or blow dryer. Bring your own. They do not serve breakfast but from what I can see, they must have before Covid. Have grace as these hotels get back on their feet. I paid 500 Thai baht per night. That's $15 per night. The rooms are a good size. There is lovely outdoor tropical seating/tables and chairs to sit under ceiling fans. It's worth it! This may be my regular place to stay. Lot's of highly rated restaruants and cafe's in walking distance. Very Covid safe and Sha approved!

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

My partner and myself spent a few nights on the island at one of the small cottages. Perfect for couples and those having a short stay on the island. They are located about a 10 minute walk from the main area of bars and restaurants, however, at night walking back, its always a peaceful, enjoyable trip from the views. The cottages provide the exact facilities required and were sweet and cosy. Central enough to all the action and has the most gorgeous views!

Ahad Suite is a nice basic hotel with a decent swimming pool at the backyard. It is a bit away from the bustle of the beach promenade (on foot 15min, by car/tuktuk 6-7min) Closest beaches are Ao Nang and Tara. Very convenient if you plan boat tours to the islands, as the pier is just about 5min by car. Breakfast was ok, and the hotel staff really went above and beyond for us. Shout out to Nina, she is a gorgeous person and a professional receptionist. You can book any tours and programs via them if you like. Recommended to stay!

I spend 2 nights here in July. The hotel has excellent wifi , the rooms are small but very clean with all the amenities. There is a ”hang out” area on the second floor. Anyone is free to hang out, socialize, or work. There is also a roof top pool, and a gym. This hotel has a full menu at good prices. The room price is very reasonable.

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

I stayed here with my partner on the 6th of March 2024 and was suppose to stay for two nights. I booked a twin room, the room was dated and dull and not as glamourous as portrayed on the website. We just accepted this. Whilst sleeping at approximately 05:00am I heard squeaking noises and shuffling above me coming from the air vents that proceeded to get louder as it got closer. I had earlier in the night noted that there was a hole in the ceiling above the head board of my bed. A rat then fell from the ceiling onto my face, obviously causing serious distress. My partner and I managed to capture the said rat on video and then approached the reception desk and realised no one was at reception despite the website stating it was open 24hours. We were forced to wait outside. At approximately 7am we spoke with a hotel worker who was setting up breakfast and showed him the video and explained what happened, he was nice and as helpful as could be and informed us the manager would come. The manager did not arrive for almost 1 hour, the situation was explained to the manager and he accepted full responsibility and apologised. He was not willing to offer a refund if we stayed in the hotel in a different room the following night. We decided to leave the Phi Phi islands instead and accepted the full refund through the booking website. This was a very distressing incident and something I did not expect to happen at a hotel that is portrayed as a luxury stay.

A lot of people complain but I thought the people working there were great. They went out of their way to make my birthday great. It’s not the Ritz but you’re not paying for the Ritz. It’s quaint and small but provided a real island experience. The island is full of mosquitoes no matter where you’re at - they don’t only hover at this hotel.

Great party hotel. Booked 3 villa garden view rooms. Private pool was the best. Rooms were clean and better than the photos on Agoda.Breakfast was good taking in consideration it is an island. Staff were friendly and helpfull. It is a party hotel, so be ready for the noise. Did not bother us. I will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at PP Mountain Hotel during our stay on Koh Phi Phi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, displaying kindness and friendliness that truly enhanced our stay. A special mention to their exceptional care when our 6-year-old daughter was unwell – their compassion and assistance were truly heartwarming. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after our island adventures. The entire staff's commitment to hospitality left a lasting impression on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Koh Phi Phi, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Marc & the PP Mountain Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderfull time here. Honestly, we were a bit freightened by some of the reviews before we got here, but none of it was true. Excellent location, hospitable host at the reception, clean and nice looking room with all the wood. There was a mistake in our booking that they were more than willing to fix without any additional costs. All in all, the price/quality ratio was great. I would advice them to redecorate the garden though. Although the pool is great, the lack of chairs or couches is rather inconvinient. And all the tiles make it warmer than it has to be.

We were greeted warmly at the reception & got a beautiful pool facing Room with the backdrop of the Sea. The pier is barely 5mins walk and the Hotel had sent a cart with the man holding our placard. The Room was spacious for 3 Pax & was totally comfortable. The location of this Hotel is prime and the food joints & market streets are all walking distance. The breakfast spread is good enough to start your day with… Relax in the pool or just across the pier to take a private tour in the Long Tail Boats. This a must do if you are staying in this Island. You will be surprised to watch the fire shows, music & dance at the beach Parties. This Island has some lovely restaurants with delicious local cuisine and a wide spread platter for Sea Food lovers. Chill with the “Chang Beer” and interesting Cocktails. We stayed for 3 nights and had a memorable time….Our room commanded a picturesque view!! We will definitely be back here. Only improvement required to be done by the Hotel Management is to renovate the bathrooms & fittings as these are dated.

I booked this hotel without knowing clearly that the hotel was outside Phi Phi Island. Thank you to the boss for his kindness and finally agreeing to cancel the order, and thank you to Trip for their customer service. I will specifically choose this hotel to stay next time🙏🏻

The Beach here and the views around this place are stunning and amazing you couldn’t ask to be somewhere like this on a daily basis. We were lucky to come here over the rainy season for 4 days and we only had rain in the evening so no complaints there The Pool although small was refreshing and a change from the sea after snorkelling Breakfast we had a day of just eggs toast and cereal and a day with everything only complaint no teapots Lunch and Dinner a nice small menu with good choices Bar unfortunately no bar as such you would have to visit the hotel next door which is a shame because not a lot to do once it gets dark Staff we found to be pleasant and helpful and always smiling and will help with anything Rooms beds are firm we asked for extra pillows which was no problem you have room safes a big sized bathroom. The rooms are dated and are in need of a good maintenance person as you will be able to see faults straight away but they work and they do the job It’s very easy to nit pick about this hotel but for the price and the location you’re getting a lot for your money It’s not a five star hotel but it is in a beautiful place

We stayed for 2 nights in this Hostel and did not gather enough information about the noise environment. Let me start with the Pros 💚: - enough bathrooms and shower rooms + hot water and even shampoo and shower gel - there is a space to dry your wet clothes - you have access to a small locker, but please bring your OWN lock - the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff came in daily. You even had the choice to place a card on your bed in case you wanted new sheets - towel was provided - staff is very friendly and helpful - you're close to the beach (you can basically jump out of your window and you'll be there) and close to very good restaurants and cafés, close to the port and viewpoints also Cons 💔: - there's a loud bar directly at the Hostel, from 10 to 11 p.m. there's an amazing but VERY loud fire show. After that, there's live music till around 1 a.m. sometimes even longer. Your earplugs won't be of any help. - not curtains seperating the beds. We stayed in a 6 person dorm and you basically had no private space 💗 It's a good hostel for solo traveling and If you're down for clubbing and definitely a way better choice than all of the Hostels in the backpacking area. If you're in for early tours or a relaxing vacation, do yourself a favor and choose one of the Bungalows or somewhere a little further away from the bustle of the island & nightlife

The room is good, but there are mosquitoes. It's far from the sea, the water park is so-so, if you have children it's ok. You have to pay separately for the water park. Overall it's ok for 1 day. The breakfast is weak

We chose Twin Lotus because it is adults only. It was romantic, peaceful, lovely, and we will definitely go back. We selected a room in the back as it was cheaper and we did not need to be on the beach. There are several,pools to choose from. The ine at the beach can get filled by 0830 but we always managed to get chairs with an umbrella. If you do not occupy your chair they remove the towel but leave your belongings. We took chairs that had a book on the side table. The book owner came and we explained no towels were on the chair. She knew the rules and said she would choose a beach chair instead ( along the beach are chairs but no umbrellas). We were thrilled she was so nice. The breakfast buffet is standard and plentiful. All the choices were delicious. No flies or ants anywhere. You may see an occasional meandering water monitor but they walk past you. The gym is immaculate and adequately equipped. The spa is wonderful with well- trained staff. We had dinner there a few times and the food was very good. There are places in the little streets behind the hotel and along the beach and next door, but Twin Lotus food was better though a bit more costly. Happy Hour drinks were good. We had a Go Dive snorkel dive tours to Koh Haa and a car ride to Old Town. Recommend both. The people in Old Town were exceptionally nice and the little museum is quaint. Eateries along their street are good. Allow two hours for Old Town not including the drive to and from. The next time we stay at Twin Lotus we will go to Phi Phi but have been before. Twin Lotus has many books to borrow located inside breakfast restaurant, There are buggies to drive you to and from your room or villa if you have mobility issues. Do not bring glass bottles or glass to the swimming pool. Any wait staff will give you a plastic mug or ”glass” to drink your beer or drink in the pool or at the pool. Please read the rules at pool entrance and follow them to keep yourself and others safe. The resort is mostly European people and everyone, young couples and older ones, singles, and all were cordial and respectful.

Sincerely, I cannot understand how this hotel can obtain an overall rating of 8.5 on Booking as of today, in my opinion it only deserves a 6. It is true that the price of its standard rooms is not 's not very high, but now I understand why. The facilities are outdated, the general maintenance is really not great and the owner would do well to refresh the building before completely losing customers. When we checked in, 3 non-functional light bulbs, a broken shower head, a broken kettle, not to mention the holes and breakages all over the room. During our visit, they completely lost the water in the main swimming pool which turned completely green. As mentioned in other comments, it is true that the staff are really very friendly and always smiling, but it seems that they do not see what there is to do. During our stay, there were more staff than customers on site, but they seemed more interested in social media than in the work to be done. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful but difficult to swim in due to the high tides. Lunch really lacks variety for a stay of more than 2 days.

Stayed here as part of two families travelling round Thailand, with 3 young children in tow. Really family friendly and had a lovely infinity pool which overlooks the sunset every evening. Room - cute bungalow type rooms with basic essentials. AC worked well and WiFi in rooms with a lovely balcony to relax on. On a steep hill but nothing too far. Breakfast - tasty and fairly basic but does the job! We ate a few lunches here and the food was great including the beach bar. Spa - best massage we had in Thailand! Beautiful relaxing semi outside area with the breeze blowing in and birds tweeting. Friendly staff and highly recommend!

The resort itself is quite nice. It’s super peaceful, clean and has pretty much everything you need to enjoy the stay. Staff were generally friendly and willing to help. Of course, since it’s hard to hire more staffers during the pandemic, room cleaning and cooking understandably took longer time. It would be good to keep this mind if you order room services. Btw, there is a lovely cafe called Smoon near the hotel. We spent a lot of time there for coffee, western-style breakfast and lunch. The resort has a private beach, but it’s the best for kayaking, not for swimming or snorkeling. There are too many rocks near the shore and water visibility wasn’t desirable during our stay. The beach is good for sunset watching, though. For those who travel with little kids, it’s a good spot to find hermit crabs. For room tips, rooms with pool view are in a new building which provides bigger space and better internal designs. The seafront villas have better views, but they require a steep climb to get there.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend. Firstly the staff on the desk were very welcoming and collected our bags from the door and delivered them to our room. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and the check in process was effortless and very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were a 2 min walk from our door and the beach restaurant serves excellent food. There were no issues during our stay and I was able to rent a bike from the hotel reception which arrived in 5 mins which was also a very efficient service. After checking out a staff member dropped us to the pier where we continued our journey. Shortly after checking out the manager of the hotel (never got his name) emailed me to say I had managed to leave my €300 camera behind in the room. He rang me to organise how to get the camera back to me and went to the effort of bubble wrapping, and boxing up my camera to be delivered to Koh Phi Phi on the same day and rang me during each stage to keep me in the loop as to where my camera is. Once the camera arrived on the island he rang me to tell me where I was able to collect it. This level of customer service cannot go unrecognised and he asked for nothing in return. I can’t urge travellers enough to stay in this hotel. I will be returning 100%. Thank you very much Lanta Staff & Manager!

This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.

The two villas with sea view are in any case recommended. Beautiful, relatively clean, reasonably equipped but relatively expensive. The bathroom or the shower hangar in the shower area are rather tasteful. The breakfast buffet is almost enough in our case, but it still has enough air upwards. For example, there are no cakes, etc. The staff is mostly friendly and very premature. Excitingly, the wonderful beach and sea access. Conclude: beautiful resort and probably not the last time here

Lovely little hotel, rooms are mini villas with balconies, very clean and lovely sea view. We got the sense that it hadn’t opened up fully after covid, we’re only a few other couples and a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves Breakfast is fine but basic as they where catering for so few people when we visited. No restaurant on site so be prepared to travel out for lunch and dinner- fortunately there is a fabulous place next door called “Prits Friendly Bar” and the food is great and reasonably priced there Staff at the resort were all really happy and attentive, big shout out to Zom, lovely girl and couldn’t do enough to help!
