Unbelievably well presented hotel. The room with partial ocean view was roomy and bright. The breakfast was great, with good variation. The smoothies in the restaurant were perfect but not so in the Cafe. The location is great - not too far from many restaurants and massage and the beach. A little pricey, but worth it.

We went as a family of 4 pax but once we reach the spa . There were only 3 person working but there were at least 4 or more rooms. The dinner voucher was not good at all . Paid 599k but there are actually nothing much to eat we still must order alacarte instead. But overall the rooms are pretty clean. Just the buffet part needs to be improved

VIAS Hotel at Vung tau was absolutely gorgeous! Service beyond excellent! The service staff were so so friendly, from room service to breakfast table to front desk! Everyone was so pleasant looking. Miss Wendy and Lucy were so helpful! This is the hotel to go to if you wish to go to Vung tau, you need to experience it yourself. The pool at the top was beautiful! It’s not big, but good size to chill and look at the world goes by. I would love to stay longer at the hotel the next round. Thank you VIAS, you are nothing but amazing!

The building is new and clean as well as the room. The staff is nice and quick response. The only issue is the room with the very very very strong bad smell. The smell cannot disappear with opening doors and AC. I guess the smell from the mattress. It's not friendly for noise sensitive people.

Excellent hotel located very near bien sau (back beach) which is usually where people go to swim in the sea. Unfortunately, at this trip, the beach was closed for a very long stretch due to improvement and construction works. Very clean and very good buffet breakfast.

The views from my room were amazing. Unfortunately when I stayed there, the buffet was closed but that’s minimal. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and all of the other amenities but I can recommend staying at the Mermaid.

The reason why we pick up this hotel is the location, reasonable price and the deep understanding of what core value of a budget hotel in a tourism city should provide to the customers. The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants. The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

Excellent apartments, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, large balcony. Apartments are clean and cozy at home. We had a pleasant stay. At first we rented the apartment for 2 days, but then extended for another week. The only disadvantage, but this does not apply to the apartments, but rather it is a disadvantage of the apartment complex - only few elevators and not quite convenient system of their operation. Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the elevator to go downstairs. Also, from the minuses, it is a lot of people in the building. The pool was constantly full of people. But I think it was due to the TET celebration. Overall, we had a very good experience, would love to come back here again.

Too busy enjoying everthing this lovely hotel offer so I didnt take any picture of the room. But everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the services are top of the class.

The hotel is located a little far from the city, but the environment is very good and quiet. It is next to the beach and there is a large swimming pool in the hotel. The breakfast part was better than expected and the overall performance was good

A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience.

The owner and designer (who is no longer here, and is now managed by his daughter) has spent twenty years carefully building it, and it has become the most ideal place in my heart!

Great view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …

Incredible relaxation! The hotel is huge, conducive to walks, but there are also electric cars that will take you wherever you need. The breakfasts are top notch! Everything is super! Lunches and dinners from the menu - very tasty? But a bit expensive... Minus: far from everything, no ATM, shops - stalls with small items. This is not enough for a long stay. But you can take a taxi to the city (about 5 km) for 300,000 there and back with waiting. You can call a taxi from the reception.

5 stars for service quality, especially the service attitude and friendliness of the staff. My family had a very happy and satisfied stay. Good food, affordable prices, especially the breakfast buffet is very diverse. Green space, airy, lots of facilities for children, my favorite is the vegetable garden at Carmelina. Will bring the family back soon!

There is no bag for clothes in the room, the hair dryer is not good
