Kaiyangan Lake is located on Coron Island. The wide mirror-like crystal lake is embedded in the cliffs, like crystal diamonds, also known as "Mirror Lake". The visibility of Kayangan Lake is more than 40 meters, and it will be deep in the school of fish as soon as you enter the water. To see the lineup of Jinghu Lake, you need to climb halfway up the mountain (each step is about 40~50cm high, and each step is about 100 steps up and down the mountain). Here you can see the classic publicity photos on the official website of Palawan, and then go down the mountain again, there It is the real Mirror Lake.Coron · 11.8 km from downtown

The reason why it is called the Twin Lagoon is that it is separated into two lakes by mountains, and there is only a 2-meter-long cave connecting the two mountains. The top of the cave is only 20 centimeters above the sea surface. If you want to swim from one pool to another, you must swim under the cave or climb over a ladder. Swimming and snorkeling are available directly from the boat.Coron · 11.9 km from downtown

The Luzon Shipwreck is located near the town of Colon. The shipwreck has been corroded over the years and has historical value. The water near here is clear, the number of microorganisms is abundant, and the shipwreck is well preserved, which is worth watching. Follow the instructor, snorkel through the ruins of the wreck, and explore the inside of the unknown hull. It is very exciting. It is a famous wreck spot suitable for snorkeling. There are a lot of corals and fish here, it is very worth snorkeling.Coron · 18.9 km from downtown

Mount Tapyas is also called the Mountain of Crosses because of the cross on the top of the mountain. The Cross Hill, which is about 620 meters above sea level, has a good viewing platform for sunrise and sunset on the top of the mountain, which can overlook the panoramic view of the whole town of Coron.Coron · 5.7 km from downtown

Banana Island is more famous than the large S-shaped beach here, and it is also called Banana Island because it resembles a big banana. The large S-shaped beach here is a must. The sand is white and flawless. There are many hammocks on the shore for tourists to rest. The beautiful scenery is suitable for taking pictures. The water is very shallow and there are many fish, so it is also suitable for snorkeling.Coron · 31.5 km from downtown

Coron Island is an absolute paradise that exceeded all my expectations. The breathtaking limestone cliffs rising from the crystal-clear, turquoise waters create a stunning landscape. During my visit, I explored Kayangan Lake and Twin Lagoons, both of which offer incredibly serene views and fantastic swimming spots. The underwater life is vibrant, making it a perfect destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The local guides were friendly, and the entire boat tour experience was smooth and memorable. I highly recommend visiting this magical island if you love nature and adventure. It is truly a must-see destination

Kayangan lake is one of the most popular sights on the island and is included in the Coron island hopping cruises that depart from town on a daily basis. My family went to Coron and we went island hopping, cliff diving and the tour is inclusive of lunch of seafood and fruits and vegetables. It was a truly memorable experience

As the name suggests, it is composed of seven islands and reefs, and the snorkeling spot is in the middle of these islands and reefs. The water here is extremely clear and looks like a piece of glass! You can directly see the corals in the water on the boat, and snorkeling is even better, as your body feels like floating in the air! There are a lot of fish on Qizi Island. We prepared bread crumbs, which often attracted a lot of fish. The scene of the fish fighting for food is very spectacular!

The marine ecology here is pretty good, with good water quality and visibility. I turned into a fish with many small fishes around me, and fell into the seabed. I saw a depth of dozens of meters underwater, which seemed to drag me into the infinite blue of the deep sea. At this moment, there was only the sea and I, traveling in the underwater world. This feeling is simply amazing. This is really a holy place for diving!

If you want to go the the best viewpoint in Coron, Mt. Tapyas is a place to be. It’s highly recommended to visit in the afternoon to witness an incredible sunset in the island. Unlike most tourist spots, Mt. Tapyas has no entrance fee. It’s reachable by a 10 minute tricycle ride from Coron town. From the entrance, it will take you 721 steps to reach the peak which is roughly 30 minutes depending on your speed. Along the way, there are locals selling bottled water and refreshments to get you hydrated during the hike. Once you reach the summit, there’s a “CORON” signage that resembles the Hollywood sign in California. Mt. Tapyas is really a must-see once you visit Coron.
