The Suzhou one was great, but the Shanghai one was terrible. The staff had a strong work ethic. The female staff member next to the Christmas tree couldn't even type in a phone number properly, making several mistakes. Even when I told her I was in a rush, she still made several mistakes. I suggest finding someone with good hearing and eyesight, long fingernails, and no sense of propriety to do this kind of work of typing in phone numbers!
