1) Please present your booking number to the staff at the pier 60 minutes in advance of departure time.
 
2) Departure/Redemption Pier:

- From Koh Phangan: Songserm Pier Thongsala (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6AZYdXKYZwdrpZJT8)

3) We offer optional drop-off service only in/except below area (To Koh Tao: No Service):
 
- To Samui: Airport (for flights after 16:50)
 
- To Koh Phangan: Except Thong Nai Pan Beach, Thong Sala, Rin Beach, Baan Tai, Baan Kai, Wok Tum, Sri Thanu, Haad Yao, Haad Salad, Mae Haad, Koh Ma, Chaloklum.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- To Samui: Airport (for flights after 16:50)

(Please check the drop-off area carefully. If your Hotel Address is beyond the selected area, we will notify you of no service in advance, and no fees will be refunded)
