For help, send us a message via ready@wowesim.com. We're available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM (GTM+7 Time).
 
[Esim Setup]
1. Open the QR code from the email we sent you. You can print it in advance or save it to another electronic device. (iOS 17 or later can be saved directly to the phone.)
2. Go to Mobile Network Settings (iOS) or SIM Management Settings (Android).
3. When the phone is connected to the internet, tap “Add eSIM” and scan the QR code to install.
4. If scanning fails, manually enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from the order email.
5. If steps 3 or 4 still fail, your phone may be locked by the carrier (cannot use other networks). Contact the carrier to unlock it before using eSIM.
 
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off the main physical SIM and turn on the eSIM network.
2. Turn on Mobile Network (iOS) or SIM Card (Android).
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If you still cannot connect to the internet, set up APN according to the instructions below and restart your phone.
 
[APN Settings]
1. With eSIM that supports many countries/regions, if you cannot connect to the internet when you arrive at a new place, set up APN manually. (Usually APN is automatically set up.)
2. Set up APN:
- iOS: Settings Mobile Network Mobile Data Network
- Android: Mobile Network Mobile Data Network or Mobile Services Mobile Data Network
3. Enter APN: 3gnet
4. Restart your phone.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[Set up eSIM]

  • eSIM installation requires an active internet connection.
  • eSIM usage starts immediately upon activation, so activate only when you're ready to use it. Installing eSIM in a country/region other than the destination may cause the eSIM to become invalid or start calculating the usage duration in advance.


[Enable Data Roaming]

Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.


[Please DO NOT delete eSIM after installation]

  • eSIM works only on the device it's installed on and cannot be transferred.
  • Each QR code can only be installed once, we are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from your device.

To maintain the quality of internet connectivity and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecom companies worldwide may impose data limits on customers who use large amounts of internet traffic in a short period, which may lead to internet access failure or slower speeds. To ensure you can maintain a stable connection, please try to avoid activities that consume a large amount of data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, sharing the internet (hotspot) with others, or other high-data usage activities.
