The sleeper bus exceeded my expectations 🚌✨ The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. This trip was incredibly comfortable because they picked me up from my accommodation on the way to Sapa and dropped me off back at Hanoi's Old Quarter on the return trip. So convenient! I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I was very impressed ❤️★

Great service and comfy cabin!
Really impressed with HK Buslines.
The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip.
But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle.
Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear.
No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!★
