Reviews: Nha Trang–Da Lat Route (And vice versa): Limousine, VIP Car, Luxury Dcar and Private Transfer

They contacted us the evening before departure and notified us of a change in departure time, pushing it back two hours. The bus itself was comfortable, there were exercise stations and water, and the ride was comfortable, with one restroom stop.

Comfortable and wide cabin. Nice touch by service counter in providing motion sickness pills, was able to avoid sickness and sleep well with that.

It took exactly 5:10 because the road was not yet repaired. We left at 8:00 in the morning and arrived after 1:10. We took a break along the way, but the driver took care of personal business, had a meal, and boarded the plane.

I booked the trip, they contacted me on the day of departure and gave me detailed instructions on how to get to the meeting point. The bus itself was comfortable, I was 180 cm tall and had enough space, but if you are too tall, it might not be so good for you. Overall, the trip was good, I can recommend it.

We traveled from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City at 10:30 PM. We arrived in 6 hours. The service from the airline was top-notch, especially considering the price. I'm 176 cm tall, and I fit perfectly. The seat width was fantastic. Everything was clean. The toilet was just like on an airplane, and it was spotless. The airline informed us about the trip on the day of departure, including our departure and arrival points in Ho Chi Minh City. We booked through Trip.com, but the confirmation didn't show any seats available. Customer support wasn't helpful either. After reading a review that seats are assigned immediately upon booking, and not receiving them, we went to the Nha Trang station early. We're not young, and getting to the second floor would have been a challenge. At the station, we found out the seats were on the second floor. They then upgraded us to the first floor, but it's good there were still seats available. But if you're young, the seat size doesn't matter at all.
