We chose a Chinese-speaking group tour. The driver picked us up at the hotel on time in the morning. We drove to the pier and took a boat to Nusa Lembongan. After visiting the attractions on Nusa Lembongan, we took a boat to Nusa Penida. We had lunch before starting our Nusa Penida trip and returned on time at 4 pm. We followed the itinerary on Ctrip exactly. The itinerary was very well arranged. Our tour guide, Surya, accompanied us throughout the trip and helped us buy tickets and arrange everything. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was a great experience!★

The driving was comfortable and gentle, and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We visited all the planned locations, plus two additional ones at my request. Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!
