Vehicle usage fee, fuel surcharge, driver service fee, highway toll, bridge toll, and other fees.
One-way point-to-point transfer, full-day charter, or other itineraries arranged with Toyota Alphard, Vellfire, or customized vehicle type packages.
The driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes at the pick-up point or border crossing. An overtime waiting fee of 200 CNY per hour will apply for any additional waiting time.
For domestic flights, the driver will wait for free for up to 60 minutes after the plane lands. An overtime waiting fee of 200 CNY per hour will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the free period.
For international flights: 60 minutes after landing + 30 minutes of free waiting time (total 90 minutes). Overtime waiting fee: CNY 200 per hour.
Additional pick-up/drop-off points or itinerary changes must be reported promptly. A new quote will be provided based on the customer's updated itinerary.
During major holidays, an additional 30%-50% overtime fee may apply. For specific details, please contact customer support. Thank you.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
