We really enjoyed the tour. We saw all of the places mentioned in the tour description. It was a little fast paced, but if you want to see the major sights of Rio in one day, this is a good tour for it. Monica was an excellent tour guide who explained in multiple languages - English, Spanish, and Italian.

The tour guide was super nice, and the lunch was delicious, a barbecue buffet. The itinerary was very reasonable. My group was basically a private tour, with only four of us! Of course, the weather was very bad, which was a good thing because it was low season. I couldn't see anything about the Christ the Redeemer statue, and the Theron Steps were also very boring. The church itself was only worth visiting, and the Christ the Redeemer statue was worthwhile.

This tour was absolutely incredible! Visiting Rocinha was eye-opening and so full of energy and culture. Our guide was fantastic — knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about the community. We always felt safe and welcomed, and it was amazing to see a different, more real side of Rio. It was one of the most meaningful experiences of our trip. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio! 🌞💛
