The day trip was very well run and efficient. The driver was punctual (even slightly early) and safe as well. The company also helped to arranged for an English speaking guide which really helped to bring to life the tour of the Dazu rock carvings;which by itself is already quite astounding in the magnitude and scale, as well as some the detail for some of the carvings.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Xu, provided excellent service, promptly notifying us of transportation arrangements and ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-off times. Xiao Xu's explanations along the way were rich and engaging, and the stone carving guide, Mr. Wang, offered detailed and comprehensive explanations, making the entire trip even more fulfilling. The Dazu Rock Carvings are a must-see destination when visiting Chongqing.

Communication took place via WeChat and worked very well; however, you must first connect with the provided phone number on WeChat. The organization was highly structured, and as foreigners, we felt well looked after. At the sites themselves, the guide speaks only Chinese. In this regard, I would have appreciated an audio guide; the statues tell stories, and we would have liked to learn more about them. I had read that audio guides were supposed to be available, but we didn't see any. All in all, we were very satisfied with the excursion. The price is also reasonable, with no extra charges for foreigners—Chinese visitors pay the same amount. We are happy to recommend this day tour. We usually travel as a couple, independently of any group, but this time we were very glad to have been able to visit the Dazu Rock Carvings in such a convenient way.

The trip to the Dazu carvings and Beishan Mountain was well worth it. Choosing a small group tour was ideal for us. Worth paying the extra for an English speaking guide. She was great and moved us through the tour with ease.
