1. Sun Lover

Underwater walking: (Typically 2 coaches per group, 1–7 people/group; 20-minute underwater experience; full-body diving suits provided free of charge, swimwear recommended underneath)

Snorkeling with instructor guidance: (Typically 2 instructors per group, 1-6 people per group; 30-minute in-water experience; swimwear recommended)

Introductory scuba diving: (typically 2 coaches per group, 1-4 people per group; 30-minute underwater experience with a maximum depth of 10m; wetsuits provided free of charge, swimwear recommended to be worn underneath)

Certified deep diving: (Usually 1 guide per group of 1-4 people; PADI certification required, includes all diving equipment + one oxygen tank, maximum depth of 18 meters; recommended to bring and wear swimwear underneath)

Helicopter tour: (1–7 people per aircraft; aircraft size is arranged based on group size and cannot be selected)

2. Underwater activities (excluding snorkeling)

You will need to complete a [Medical Health Form] upon boarding to determine if your health condition is suitable for diving. Please proactively request this form from customer service before placing your order (this form is identical to the one filled out during boarding).

Be sure to check that all health requirements are met before booking (this form does not need to be filled out before boarding). Once the booking is successful, no refund will be issued if you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons.

If you do not request the form from customer support, it means you confirm you have no physical conditions that would prevent you from participating in underwater activities. Once the booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued if you discover onboard that you are physically unable to participate in the activity.

Before underwater activities (except snorkeling), the coach will provide training and guidance, teaching some basic communication gestures and underwater precautions. Do not leave the group without permission during underwater activities. Please follow the coach's arrangements and instructions.

3. Deep diving: It is recommended not to take a commercial flight within 12 hours after diving (helicopter and hot air balloon rides are allowed).

4. Helicopter weight limit

Passengers weighing over 130kg will be charged an additional seat occupancy fee by the airline. The specific fee (approximately 50%) must be paid directly to the airline during check-in. If the passenger's weight exceeds the registered weight by 10% on the day of travel,

This may result in being unable to board the helicopter with no refund available.

5. Force Majeure (Non-Compensable)

This product may be affected by weather or flight restrictions, potentially making travel impossible either one day in advance or on the same day. These are force majeure circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a free rescheduling or full refund for you.

If the helicopter product experiences a temporary malfunction on the day of the trip, resulting in a partial loss of the itinerary, we will provide an alternative service. If the flight cannot proceed, we will refund the helicopter fee.

Free onboard activities such as glass-bottom boats, semi-submersibles, and water slides may undergo temporary maintenance. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Recommended items to bring: hat, beach towel, sunscreen, swimwear, comfortable casual shoes or sandals.

7. Sun Lover:

Ticket redemption before 9:45 AM for the [Cruise Out, Fly Back] option; in the afternoon after flying back, a free bus will take you back to the Reef Fleet Terminal in the city center.

[Fly there, sail back] Check in at the Sunlover Cruises counter in Reef Fleet Terminal downtown before 10:50 AM, then a free bus will pick you up at 11:00 AM to go to the Zoom Helicopters office to redeem your ticket before takeoff.
