How to use
Please present your confirmation email to the staff once you arrive at the museum.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
  • Children aged 0 to 3 years, or those who do not exceed 90 cm in height, shall be granted free admission. 
  • Children aged 4 to 10 years or those measuring between 90 and 140 cm in height qualify for child tickets. 
  • Guests exceeding 140 cm in height are subject to the standard adult rate.
