How to use

After successful payment, we will process your booking within 1 business day and send the e-ticket directly to your email. Please arrive at Piccadilly Station on time according to the time stated in the confirmation letter.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Activity Description:

We recommend arriving at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes in advance. All tours will depart on time. If visitors do not arrive on time, it will be considered a "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
Attractions not marked as "indoor visits" will not be entered, and the day's itinerary order will be determined by the guide.
If the itinerary or attraction visits are affected by local major activities, attraction closures, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior viewing only. The final arrangements on the day will prevail.
