A great trip and truly stunning scenery. Quite a tough route and lots of stairs, not suitable for those in poor physical condition. If you wanted, you could have taken the one section of stairs on the bus.

I'd never been on an activity like this before, so I didn't know what to expect, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It was fantastic, we had a fantastic time, and we managed to see two species of dolphins in very large groups. Our guide shared interesting facts about them, and on the way back to Funchal, we sailed very close to the coast, allowing us to admire the island from the ocean. I highly recommend it; it was one of the best experiences of our lives!

Fantastic day with our guide/driver Lino. We left on time, had a great initial contact and a good overview of the day. He was a careful driver who spoke French, and an expert guide on the places to visit. We had a wonderful safari in Serra de Água, Ginjas, Poúl da Serro, Fanal, Porto Moniz, and Seixal. I highly recommend Green Devil 4x4 safaris.
