How to use

After placing your order, the yacht concierge will promptly send you the pier location. Please keep your phone accessible. You may also directly contact the merchant to schedule your sailing time (four available time slots: morning, noon, evening, night).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
