Venice was one of the highlights of my vacation.
Thanks to Didi, our amazing tour guide, I had a great experience.
Didi was incredibly organized, we left the meeting point on time and our boat from the mainland to Venice was waiting for us.
She was knowledgeable and offered detailed insights into the history and culture of Venice.
Her enthusiasm and passion for the city was evident; its clear she loves Venice and wanted us to love it too.
I can't forget our local tour guide, my apologies for forgetting her name, but she was also fantastic.
She was professional, stylish, and well informed, providing insight into the history of Venice and the familiar sights we all come to associate with the city; gondolas, the basilica, the Rialto Bridge and sights we never would have seen on our own.
I highly recommend this tour — especially if you have Didi as your guide.
There was so much more to see and I hope to return to see what I missed.★

This Italy–Bernina–St. Moritz one-day tour was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. Everything was very well organized. The guide was excellent — spoke clearly, easy to understand for international travelers, always friendly, smiling, and very service-minded.
A special highlight was that the guide arranged and reserved a full train carriage exclusively for our group, making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Communication via WhatsApp was also very helpful, especially for foreign travelers who may have difficulty making local calls. It was reassuring in case of slight delays or trouble finding the meeting point, as the Italian train system can be a bit confusing.
The Bernina train ride itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of mountains, snow, lakes, and spectacular landscapes throughout the journey. Fellow travelers were lovely, creating a great atmosphere.
I highly recommend this tour — perfect for families, couples, and retirees looking for a relaxed and unfor★

We did not go to Verona but only went to Venise. We also had extra charge for the grand camel ride. But, the yourguilds were nice. I had a stop to eat in the middle of the drive both ways (private expenses.) The group was nice too.★

The bus departs to be able to go to the toilet, intervals of more than 4 hours, others are good.
