Reviews: Palazzo Ducale Mantova - by Local Guide Tiziana Portioli
Guest User2025-12-31
A splendid visit to the Palazzo Ducale with our private guide, Tiziana Portillo. She showed us around the palazzo, highlighting the must-see rooms and paintings while providing all the necessary explanations. Her knowledge of the site was exceptional. We stayed longer than planned, and it was so interesting that we didn't even realize how long it had been. A must-do! Thank you to Tiziana for this wonderful tour.

Anyone with any interest in music history and stringed instruments would delight in this museum. It is a beautifully designed building inside. Located in the center of Cremona (a lovely town) and with a great ratio of displays of gorgeous, historic instruments and fascinating learning displays. Performances are also scheduled on weekends.
Reviews: Mantua: Ascent and guided tour of the Basilica and dome of Sant'Andrea
Guest User2026-01-08
A true Mantuan, I accompanied a friend from Verona on this tour at her express request... and thankfully so, because it was truly moving and interesting. The story of Saint Longinus, as told by the guide, was a true immersion in a part of Christian history I had only superficially known. The tour was worth it, and the money was well spent. I recommend the combo with a visit to the crypt, which we didn't do because my friend suffers from claustrophobia. Overall, excellent organization and an excellent tour! Congratulations to all the organizers.
Reviews: Milan: Cathedral and Duomo's Terraces Entrance Ticket

I thought I could take the elevator up to the terrace, but the last set of stairs was tough! The stairs going down were also tough! But the view of the cathedral from the terrace and the inside of the cathedral are both amazing! If you're planning a trip to Milan, be sure to climb the terrace as well! It's worth it!
Reviews: Milan: Fast-Track Milan Cathedral and Terraces Guided Tour
Guest User2026-01-13
Visiting the Duomo di Milano is a truly wonderful experience. I especially enjoyed the underground sections – the opportunity to see ancient Roman ruins and original artifacts is truly impressive and allows you to truly feel the history of this place. The cathedral's interior is monumental and very atmospheric. The terraces are also worth seeing, although during my visit, there was a lot of scaffolding, which limited the views somewhat. The guide was a big plus – she was very knowledgeable, engaging, and had an engaging story, which made the whole experience even more engaging. I highly recommend it and highly recommend it.
Reviews: Milan Duomo & The Last Supper Skip-the-Line Small Group Tour
Guest User2026-01-05
Loved this tour, such a treat. We booked purely because we were keen to see The Last Supper and couldn’t access tickets otherwise. We were a bit hesitant as guided tours generally don’t work for our family due to mobility issues and ADHD (2 middle aged parents, 2 young adult children). But this has been a highlight of our trip. Our guide Simon was amazing - knowledgeable, sensitive to the needs of each individual in the group and so passionate about his city and its history that it was contagious. And I’m so glad to have seen Last Supper, and appreciated it so much more with Simon’s guidance. I highly recommend this tour.
