We loved this tour! They were kind enough to pick us up in Nagano (we flew in the day before to Tokyo and were heading to Hakuba valley to ski - wanted to do the monkey tour on the way) and they dropped us back off in Hakuba afterwards so we didn’t need to get another bus or train to Hakuba! The food at lunch was like a 5 course meal! So nice! We learned so much history about Nagano and area including all the details of the Olympics that were held there. The tour guides were informative and spoke great English! Gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to see around Nagano region. Great value for money!★

A rather unusual experience, a very magical and beautiful location with hot springs where monkeys live (absolutely calm and do not pay attention to people), but be mentally prepared for a long journey (4 hours one way).★

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃★

We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.★

I chose to visit Jigokudani (Hell Valley) as my last stop, then checked directly into Ryūnoya, a hot spring resort in Noboribetsu. I left my large luggage at my hotel in Sapporo and only brought a small suitcase to Noboribetsu, having informed customer service beforehand. They were wonderful; they left our luggage there for free. The tour guide was also very friendly and professional, and the entire itinerary was well-organized. The snowmobile ride at Lake Toya was amazing, the pie at Lake Hill was delicious, the lake view from the observation deck was beautiful, and the bear ranch was definitely worth seeing. Jigokudani was spectacular. Finally, the tour guide noticed that the bus from my hotel passed by and let us park there for free, so we didn't have to drag our luggage through Jigokudani. Thank you so much to the tour guide and driver! Overall, this tour was very worthwhile. The tour guide informed us of the pick-up location the night before, and the customer service was excellent and responded quickly. It was a very clear and helpful tour, highly recommended. Tour guide Xiaoyu was fantastic!
