We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Seoul Dal Balloon! It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Seoul. Floating gently above the city with stunning panoramic views was breathtaking, especially as the sun was setting. The whole setup was safe, smooth, and professionally managed, and the staff made us feel comfortable and excited throughout. It’s such a unique and magical way to see the city from a completely different perspective.If you’re visiting Seoul, this is something everyone must try! It’s worth every minute and creates memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended, we’d do it again in a heartbeat!

It was really nice! Obviously the variety is a little smaller if you book non-premium and there are not a lot of large sizes. The overall designs are very nice and the staff really lovely! The hairstyles are what you expect, very basic and quick. It was overfilled but they managed to take care of everyone. Would recommend it to foreigners since it's also one of the cheapest and closest options.

The address listed on trip.com and the store is different, so please go to the address written on the voucher! Lol. They don't recommend makeup, but rather ask you what kind of makeup you want, so if you think about the style beforehand and tell them, they will do it that way! Some of the makeup artists are studying Japanese, and many of them were very kind! After the makeup was done, we had a photo session with the president, which was fun! It became a wonderful memory! Thank you ♪♪

When exchanging our tickets, we told them the names of the stations up to the intermediate station, but they issued tickets all the way to the final stop, Wangsimni. Since we were planning to get off at the intermediate station, we told them that again when we boarded the bus. I'm not sure if there's a luggage order to consider, but I think it's a good idea to mention that just in case. Issuing the tickets was easy and very convenient.
