How to use

- Choose your morning (09:30) or afternoon (13:30) departure and confirm your booking.

- Arrive at Myeongdong Travel Center (voco Seoul Myeongdong, 1F) on time.

- Meet your driver who will assist with transfers and on-site coordination.

- Follow the itinerary including Gyeongbokgung, Cheongwadae, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Namsan Park.

- Admission fees are paid on-site; the driver will help with ticket arrangements.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

- This product is a self-guided tour package without a tour guide.

- The driver will only assist with transportation and itinerary support (pickup/drop-off, ticket assistance for attractions, schedule confirmation, etc.), and will not provide any commentary, guidance, or cultural and historical explanations of the attractions.

- The tour price is per group, not per person. Each group can consist of 2 to 5 participants.

- Reservation and cancellation follow the special terms and conditions for domestic tours.

- No operation on Tuesdays (Gyeongbokgung is closed).
