You will be contacted you arrange the pick-up
Pick up start 30 – 60 Minutes before starting time depending on your hotel in Dubai
Show your mobile ticket to your guide/driver upon pick-up
Drop Off at Emirates mall, Dubai Mall, Burjuman-Bur Dubai & Deira City Center
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles
Jumeirah Mosque: closed on Friday
Dubai Museum: closed on Friday morning
Guests will not be able to visit and no refund will be given
Jumeirah Mosque stop doesn't include a guided entrance. Open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for guests to enter
Infant (0-2) can join for free
Mosque visit requirement for women: cover head with scarf, no shorts, beachwear or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered.
Mosque visit requirement for men: long trousers only allowed
The stop at the Jumairah Mosque does not include a guided entrance. Open for guests to enter in the morning Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 08h45 till 09h45. On Mondays and Wednesdays from 09h00 to 10h00 and from 10h15 to 11h15.
Visiting the Mosque, men are required to wear long trousers. Ladies are required to cover their heads with a scarf, and a fully covered outfit.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
