This admission voucher is only valid for the designated date (and time)

Please prepare your equipment and arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Due to limited inventory during the peak ski season, full refunds will be provided if sold out, with no alternative compensation accepted. Specific details are subject to your voucher.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 90% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
