The brand new vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The driver picked us up and was very friendly, explaining each attraction, helping us buy tickets and giving directions. He was incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed every attraction. Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai were particularly beautiful, and the scenery along the way was stunning. It was definitely worth it, and the driver drove very smoothly. This tour was affordable and highly recommended! 👍👍👍

**Shangri-La Day Trip - Driver Huang (Vehicle License Plate Ends 7976) - 5-Star Recommendation!** This Shangri-La trip was absolutely perfect! A special thank you to Driver Huang for taking us there so early in the morning. Along the way, we visited the magnificent Tiger Leaping Gorge, Xiaozhongdian, and the quaint Dukezong Ancient Town. Finally, we had a fantastic horseback riding experience at Napa Lake! Galloping across the vast grasslands felt incredibly relaxing. Driver Huang's driving skills are top-notch (he drove fast and steadily on mountain roads), and his service was impeccable! He patiently answered all our questions throughout the trip, truly treating us like a friend! Thanks to Driver Huang's professionalism and enthusiasm, we had a wonderful and worry-free trip. Highly recommend him to anyone planning a trip to Shangri-La – Driver Huang is the perfect choice!

Ming was our driver, and he informed us of the meeting time and place the day before departure. The car was quite new and comfortable, and there were eight of us in total. He drove very steadily, and we visited almost all the mentioned attractions, allowing us ample time to explore. We departed at 7:30 AM and arrived in Lijiang around 4:40 PM after completing the entire itinerary. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend it.

The vehicle dispatched that day was license plate number YunPLB355, a 9-seater Maxus with a spacious interior. The driver, Master Sha, was highly skilled and also provided commentary. Besides the attractions, he introduced the local customs and traditions to the passengers, frequently reminding them to take care of their health – very thoughtful. The most breathtaking attraction of the entire trip was undoubtedly Tiger Leaping Gorge, showcasing the immense power of nature. The old town was mainly a commercial area, with parks and prayer wheels being the main attractions. The scenery at Songzanlin Monastery and Napa Lake exceeded expectations. The colorful prayer flags at the end were incredibly photogenic, especially when blown by the wind. Tiger Leaping Gorge has many steps; those in good physical condition can walk. Songzanlin Monastery also has many steps, so remember to bring supplemental oxygen.

The guys who contacted me after the booking to explain everything was super helpful! He explained pick up location, and answered any questions I had. His communication was always fast and helpful. He also informed me the driver would contact me with the relevant information about pick up etc, but made sure to send it to me again separately. The itinerary was as planned. The only minus was the driver, he used another passenger for translation and not WeChat or alipay chat which didn't feel professional. He didn't properly explain the ticket situations and his driving was a bit fast and tough. Aside from this id definitely recommend the tour.
