Very convenient – I booked it as soon as I arrived at Haneda Airport. When you exit with your luggage, there's a TRANSFER INFO area on the left before the escalator. Just go up to it and show it on your phone – a manager will activate it in a couple of clicks and tell you the time and where to go – in my case, it was Station 5, which is also nearby. It's literally 20 minutes from booking to departure. The buses are comfortable.
