It was very smooth. There was no traffic, and the price was reasonable, which I was happy about. The bus stop was a little tricky to find, so I made sure to carefully check the bus signs.

Stunning location and building. Great little add on in terms of the rooms that you can experience which we didn’t expect. Great price point. And even better approx 3 min walk from the metro station. Bring a water bottle, restaurant doesn’t open till midday and they only serve some sort of herbal water as you walk out to the pools etc. you can pre book lunch or buy when your there, all you can eat buffet with water, wine or beer, approx £28pp

It was great value for money, with private yachts to the islands, and we visited three towns along the way: Bellaigo, Como, and Lugana, and even made a trip to Switzerland. The tour guide was very affordable, although his English wasn't great.

A good option for those visiting the outlet is to receive a €5 meal coupon and a €2.50 drink coupon for each person with you. The coupons can be used at any café, or you can get access to the lounge at the entrance for everyone, where drinks and snacks are available. You also get a 10% discount on outlet items. This isn't applicable everywhere, as stores often offer discounts higher than 10%. We used them at two stores and saved over €20. Overall, it's a good option. We didn't use the parking lot because we arrived by shuttle.
