Extra side trip to see Roos lounging all over a local fairway was appreciated.

The little train wasn't too crowded. Having done my research beforehand, I sat on the side with the best view of the iconic arch of the bridge, which was great. The staff were all very friendly.
The scenery at Cape Nobis was truly stunning. Even though it was cloudy, the view created a wonderful atmosphere.
Our driver, Mr. Wu, was very responsible 😊 and the other members of our group were also great; everyone was punctual.
It got quite chilly on Phillip Island at night; even in my light down jacket, I was still shivering.
🌟Special praise to the online customer service! They responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, which was very reassuring.★

The tour guide was very friendly and helpful throughout the tour. Honestly, she did her best to show all the popular spots but it's a huge place that requires more time to explore. I would highly suggest book a multiple day tour.
