How to use
Show your smartphone ticket to a Big Bus Tours staff member at the starting point at Dubai Mall or at any of the 17 stops on the route to avail of the tour
Lost Chambers Aquarium & Ambassador Lagoon: Collect your entry tickets from a Big Bus Tours team member at the Big Bus kiosk at the entrance of the aquarium
Dhow Cruise departs every hour from 10:00 to 16:00 from stop Stop #5 Al Seef
2 hours 30 minutes Desert Sunset Adventure with bus transfer time is 50 minutes each way. Departs from Dubai Mall (Entrance A) daily to coincide with sunset. The tour includes complimentary Arabic Coffee
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck
Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult
No WiFi available onboard

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
