We had an exceptional experience at Fado na Baixa in Porto. The performance featured highly professional musicians and singers who delivered traditional fado music with remarkable passion and emotion. Their beautiful performances truly moved the audience.
Between the live performances, the show included informative video clips that explored the history of fado, including the Coimbra style of fado and the important role of female fado singers. Learning about the origins and evolution of this music greatly deepened our appreciation of what we were hearing.
The space itself was super intimate and cozy, which made the experience feel even more personal and immersive.
If we return to Portugal, we would definitely love to experience this performance again. We strongly recommend Fado na Baixa to all visitors to Portugal.★

This was a really fun experience. The caves and history are absolutely amazing. We had a guide who clearly enjoyed giving tours and offered such great information. Highly recommend the tour and the tasting. The port is fabulous so you won’t want to go home empty handed!★

A really good trip. Lots of historical sites. Pedro, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very funny. The tour included private chapel viewings not open to the public. Highly recommended!
