If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

This is a walking tour, so guests should be able to walk at least 3 miles without difficulty
The Changing of the Guard can sometimes be cancelled at very short notice, especially in wet weather, and can be decided as late as 10:45 AM on the day. The tour will still run with an alternative itinerary
Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in
No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows
Please note that for security reasons bag searches might take place at Kensington Palace
Due to the nature of this tour, it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs, or strollers
