First and foremost, Pablo was an excellent guide. He was patient and explained everything about the excursion perfectly. We zip lined, rappled, biked, went through a cave with extremely clean and clear water that had stalcimites. What an adventure!! I recommend Pablo to anyone who does this excursion. Great job Pablo!!

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Danny. He was extremely patient, personable, and knowledgeable. During the tour, there were some deep areas that we did not feel as comfortable swimming in. Our photographer who was with Danny, showed us a path to walk through that was less intense, which we appreciated. The zip lines were not painful at all, which made it a plus. My husband “Ramble” loves a thrill and they made it interesting for him, which I loved. I would highly recommend Danny and his group! 10/10 experience.

My wife and I have a fantastic time touring the cenotes and tulum! Highly recommended to anytime looking to fill an afternoon on vacation. Ask for Imelda! She was the best tour guide! Very knowledgeable and very fun to be around. We booked through Amstar (the transportation company that we used to get to and from the airport) and it was seamless. We had all the gear we needed and transportation all day. Wonderful experience start to finish!

Punctual, good itinerary, the guide was very attentive and helpful; they met my expectations even though we had to wait a while to climb Sugarloaf Mountain due to rain. Highly recommended.

We bought the Classic option for this adventure. It's an incredible experience and a must-do if you're in Playa del Carmen. Small groups of people enter the caves. It's a moderately challenging tour. Our guide was José, and he was outstanding. There were even people in the group who couldn't swim, and he helped them all out, making sure everyone was on board. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this tour and don't be afraid to try it.


