• Please present your QR code at the ticket office of Yingtianmen South Gate to exchange for a paper ticket.
• The Tang Palace Banquet experience lasts approximately 90 minutes in total, including 15 minutes of interactive activities, 40 minutes of Tang Palace Banquet performance, and unlimited time for visiting the Que Tower.
• After entering the park, visitors can find the "Tang Palace Banquet" reception area on the right side of the Yingtian Gate Hall. Present the paper ticket to exchange for an identity wristband and select a seat (the chosen faction represents the "banquet attendance" identity, with factions being White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, Black Tortoise, and Azure Dragon. Factions are unrelated to gender or attire).
• After exchanging for an identity wristband, you can voluntarily change into costumes for free (deposit: 300 CNY per set).
• Tickets cannot be canceled within 180 minutes (inclusive) before the show starts. After this deadline, the tickets will automatically expire and be redeemed. We appreciate your understanding.
• For the performance on the fourth floor, please take your assigned seat. There are three rows of seating on the fourth floor, with minimal differences in distance from the stage and viewing experience.
• The fourth-floor tower viewing has no time limit (within the attraction's operating hours), but the tower can only be visited once. After descending, visitors cannot go up again.
• During holidays and peak periods, the South Gate of the Yingtianmen Attraction offers a fast-track entrance for the Tang Palace Banquet (skip-the-line entry). For details, please inquire at the ticket office on-site.
• The Tang Palace Music Banquet combo ticket includes an admission ticket to the Yingtianmen attraction. Ticket redemption is available up to 2 hours before the show starts. Each ticket is valid for single entry only. Re-entry requires purchasing another ticket.
• Children under 1.2m in height can enter for free (excluding costumes, admission tickets, seats, and refreshments). Children 1.2m and above require a full-price ticket. Free-entry children should not occupy seats. Each paying adult can bring 1 child for free. If exceeding the limit, please purchase additional performance admission tickets.
• Intoxicated visitors with impaired consciousness are prohibited from touring, and cancellations are not allowed.
• Seats cannot be changed after on-site selection, and there is a possibility of not sitting together.
• Due to copyright reasons, live streaming, full audio recording, or video recording is prohibited.
• The admission ticket is only valid for the corresponding time slot. Please carefully check the performance date, time, and time slot before purchasing to ensure the ticket information is accurate.
• Pets, controlled knives, flammable and explosive items, alcoholic beverages, and food with strong odors are not allowed in the attraction.
• Visitors with wheelchairs or mobility impairments may not be able to tour due to the excessive number of stairs on the fourth-floor tower. Please plan your route according to your personal circumstances.
• After the performance, proceed to the Que Tower for sightseeing, check-ins, and photos. Take the elevator down to the first floor to return the Hanfu and receive your deposit refund, marking the end of the entire performance experience.
