This trip to Lingyin Temple was so fulfilling, all thanks to our guide, Mr. Zhou Nan's, excellent explanations! He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Lingyin Temple's history, recounting everything from its founding in the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the rise and fall of various dynasties with vivid detail. When explaining the stone carvings on Feilai Peak, he could describe the age, style, and stories behind each statue in detail, allowing us to deeply appreciate the charm of ancient art. Inside the temple, his explanations of the symbolism of the Buddha statues in the main halls and the Buddhist doctrines were also very insightful, leaving us with a wealth of knowledge.

Wuzhen is incredibly beautiful, a typical Jiangnan water town with its charming bridges, flowing water, and pristine environment. Both daytime and nighttime views are distinctive, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable – definitely worth a visit. Our tour guide was extremely professional and attentive, providing clear and engaging explanations.
