The meeting point was easy to find. I received a very friendly and helpful welcome from the Crown Tours guide. Thank you, she was extremely competent. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery was fantastic. A bit of a wait at security is normal with so many visitors. It was also quite crowded in front of the famous paintings. Overall, a very worthwhile tour that is simply a must-do when visiting Florence.★

The trip was great! And the drivers made sure we were safe to and from our journey. For the cost I would have expected lunch to be included.
