• 4. It is recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to your selected time slot. Please do not be late. If you are unable to listen to the guide due to personal tardiness, it will be considered as your voluntary forfeiture of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• During peak season, weekends, and holidays, the guided tour duration may be adjusted. The specific time will be provided by the guide.
• For safety reasons, travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding. [Single travelers are considered group tour participants; private tours have separate packages, please be aware!]

Late policy for individual travelers

• If visitors are late due to personal reasons, the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. The guide will not make up for the missed content or extend the time. Therefore, visitors must arrive on time for the gathering on the day of the visit. If late, visitors should enter the attraction on their own to rejoin the group.
