During peak season holidays (including summer and autumn breaks), the number of visitors increases significantly, and the group size will be expanded to 15 people per tour. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Notes
- 1. This price is the price per passenger, one per person. Please purchase according to the number of travelers.
- 2. Children occupy a spot in the headcount. Minors are not accepted alone and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Your guide will contact you by 9:00 PM the day before departure. Please keep your phone reachable. If you haven't been contacted by then, please proactively reach out to customer support.
- 4. It is recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to your selected time slot. Please do not be late. If you are unable to listen to the guide due to personal tardiness, it will be considered as your voluntary forfeiture of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- During peak season, weekends, and holidays, the guided tour duration may be adjusted. The specific time will be provided by the guide.
- For safety reasons, travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding. [Single travelers are considered group tour participants; private tours have separate packages, please be aware!]
Late policy for individual travelers
- If visitors are late due to personal reasons, the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. The guide will not make up for the missed content or extend the time. Therefore, visitors must arrive on time for the gathering on the day of the visit. If late, visitors should enter the attraction on their own to rejoin the group.
- If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons on the day of departure, please inform the instructor promptly. Fees are non-refundable. For more details on refund and change policies, please refer to the page information.
